FloodZonePro is a service of Patriot Independent Insurance Partners, 138 Canal St Ste 103, Pooler, GA 31322. When we say "we" below, that's who we mean.
What we collect
Only what you give us:
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number (if you provide one), property address, coverage type, and anything you type in the message box.
- Zone lookups: addresses you type into the flood zone checker. These are used to run the lookup and are not tied to your identity unless you also submit a quote request.
We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to prepare and respond to your quote request — which means contacting you about it by call, text, or email, per the consent you give on the form.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only as needed to serve your request (for example, with the licensed agency staff preparing your quote) or as required by law.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree we may contact you by call or text about your request — including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses minimal cookies needed for basic function. Address lookups, maps, and flood data come from third-party public services (for example, FEMA's map and data services); those services operate under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@patriotiip.com with your request and we'll handle it.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted here.
